Blockchain Engineer

Interview Process
• Initial screening: 45 minutes
• Largely technical discussion
• Likely one round, with follow ups if needed
• Conducted over Microsoft Teams
•Role Overview
• Engineering heavy role focused on distributed systems development
• Hands on coding in Go (primary) and Rust (highly desirable)
• Platform is already in production (not greenfield)
• Engineers will focus on feature development, enhancements, and delivery

Primary Skills Required
• Strong hands on experience in Go and/or Rust
• Proven experience building distributed systems
• Experience developing scalable, high performance systems

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
• Exposure to blockchain platforms
• Practical understanding of cryptography and security principles
• Experience with TEE, attestation, or similar security frameworks
• Smart contract exposure
• Experience working on largescale, complex engineering systems

Important Clarifications from Hiring Manager
• This is not a business side blockchain role
• Profiles focused on contract management, compliance, or governance are not suitable
• Strong preference for hands on engineers who can build and maintain core infrastructure

• Experience in custody platforms, blockchain infrastructure, or cryptographic systems is viewed positively.
