About the Role:

Join J & J QUALITY CONSTRUCTION INC. as an Experienced Carpenter/Cabinet Installer with expertise in KCD Software. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to high-quality projects in the Fresno, CA area.

Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets and custom woodwork with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize KCD Software for design and layout planning to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations on-site.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in carpentry and cabinet installation.
• Proficient in KCD Software for cabinet design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
