Supporting a thoughtful and effective employee experience, the remote HR Consultant will provide analytical support and operational oversight within a shared services environment, managing complex HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the employee lifecycle and recommend process improvements Serve as administrator for metrics and reporting tools, providing data insights to inform business decisions Maintain compliance with local employment laws and support the design of new compliance processes Required qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in HR or HR operations, with a Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience analyzing metrics and data to identify trends and areas of opportunity Ability to interact with all levels of the company and work collaboratively with various teams
