They teach other how to perform the various stretching poses, practice meditation and promote mindfulness in addition to overall wellbeing.What you will doInstructor is genuinely friendly and concerned for the members well-being. He/she interacts positively with at least 3 members before, during or after class and uses their name when appropriate.Instructor teaches safe and effective classes formatted to the class description. The instructor refrains from using contraindicated movements and shows modifications throughout the class. Instructor is prepared to teach and maintains a level of fitness appropriate to teach assigned classes.Instructor is able to handle customer relation issues in a professional manner while not getting personally involved.
