Automotive Technician Company: Apple Autos (Top Minnesota Workplace) Compensation: $62,000.00 - $275,000.00 Apple Autos is an 6-brand, 7-location automotive company founded on the belief that people come before profit. What You’ll Do Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards. Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency. Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs. Inspect and maintain shop equipment. Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification. Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers. Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made. Continue ongoing training to stay abreast of the new technology and techniques on the vehicle model lines. What You’ll Bring Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred but not required. Hold a valid driver’s license. Team oriented, flexible, high energy and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc. Vocational/Technical or certification preferred.
