Candidates must have a minimum of two years of recent acute care experience. ICU experience is a requirement for this position. This role involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients. Common patient conditions include STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, Acute Respiratory Failure, and Atrial Fibrillation with RVR. The nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 1:4 or 1:3. You may be required to report to work within 30 minutes when placed on call. The work environment includes a mix of emergency and urgent care situations. We value candidates who can adapt to varying patient needs and demonstrate strong clinical skills. The dress code consists of scrubs in any color, with no unacceptable attire specified.
